How do I feature my ad?

You can upgrade your ad to featured status by visiting your ad dashboard and clicking "Feature Ad". Featured ads appear at the top of search results.

How do I contact a tutor?

Each ad has contact information including phone and email. You can also use the messaging system to send a direct message to the ad poster.

How long do ads stay active?

Free ads are active for 30 days. Paid ads and featured ads have extended durations based on the subscription plan you choose.

Can I edit my ad after posting?

Yes, you can edit your ad at any time from your dashboard. Changes will be reviewed before going live.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your profile settings. This will remove all your ads and data from our system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via PayHere, bank transfers, and mobile money payments.
